He loves lap time and will be you best friend and companion. Cooper has a soft and fluffy chocolate abstract non-shedding coat. Estimated adult weight 9-13 lbs. Mother is a 11 lb. white Bichon Frise, and the father is a 9 lb. Merle Poodle.
