Our Process

Adoption fees:

We make the payment process simple.  All deposits and adoption fees are collected online through our website.  If you plan on picking up your puppy, the balance can be made at pickup.  Puppies scheduled for delivery will need to choose the option for the adoption fees to be paid in full online.  Once you choose delivery, we will reach out to make arrangements. 

Payment options through the website include deposit with final payment at pickup or payment in full.  We are happy to answer any questions during the first step of our adoption process. 

Pickup or Delivery Options

The day has arrived for your puppy to go home, and we want to make this day extra special for you and your puppy.  All delivery and pickup dates are scheduled in advance or within 7 days of purchase for all available puppies. Longer holding periods are available for a fee. 

Pickup

We are happy to schedule a day for you to come pickup your new puppy. You can visit our home, meet our pack, and see where it all began.  We are located in the Cleveland Ohio area and welcome your visit.   Look us up and come see us soon!  Our address is 414 Sagamore Rd, Sagamore Hills OH 44067. 

We also offer drop off to the CLE airport for a small fee of $150.  Reach out for this option. 

Delivery 

All of our puppies are personally hand-delivered through our trusted Pet Flight Nanny program, ensuring safe, individual care every step of the journey. Your puppy will travel comfortably in-cabin with the nanny and will arrive pampered in a brand-new soft carrier (yours to keep), along with their puppy essentials bag.

We offer air delivery to major airports across the U.S. Flight nanny delivery is quoted individually and varies based on airline ticket pricing and travel logistics.
