REFUNDS
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
All deposits and full payments made toward a puppy are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as outlined below.
Reservation Deposits
A RESERVATION DEPOSIT is made to secure a place on our reservation list and is considered payment for the service of being added to and maintained on that list.
This deposit is not tied to a specific puppy and may be applied toward a current or future litter. RESERVATION DEPOSITS are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another available puppy or future litter when applicable.
Once a RESERVATION DEPOSIT is applied to a specific puppy, it remains transferable only while that puppy is under 8 weeks of age. Once the selected puppy reaches 8 weeks of age (ready to go home), the deposit is considered fully applied to that puppy and becomes non-transferable.
Deposits on Available Puppies
A deposit placed on a puppy listed as AVAILABLE on our website is considered payment for the service of reserving that specific puppy, regardless of the puppy’s age.
Once placed, the puppy is removed from availability and held exclusively for that family.
The remaining balance for an available puppy is due within three (3) business days of placing the deposit. If the remaining balance is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to release the puppy back to availability without further notice, and the deposit will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it is applied to the service of reserving the puppy, not solely for the physical transfer of the puppy.
Full Payments
Any puppy that has been paid in full is considered reserved and held specifically for that family. Full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the puppy’s age.
Acknowledgment of Terms
By placing a deposit or completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All deposits and full payments are non-refundable
- RESERVATION DEPOSITS are payment for the service of being added to and maintained on our reservation list, not for a specific puppy
- Deposits placed on AVAILABLE puppies are payment for the service of reserving and holding that specific puppy
- The remaining balance for AVAILABLE puppies is due within three (3) business days of deposit placement
- Once a selected puppy reaches 8 weeks of age, any applied deposit becomes non-transferable
- Full payment reserves a specific puppy and is final
Rehoming Support
We offer lifetime rehoming assistance to all of our families in the event they are no longer able to care for their puppy.
Please note: This service does not include any monetary compensation or refunds.
